Julius "Buddy" Bombet, CLI, CFE

Buddy, a Certified Legal Investigator (CLI) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), was formerly with the Louisiana State Police and served as chief investigator for the Baton Rouge District Attorney's office for five years. Entering the private sector, Buddy was staff investigator for a large law firm, and served as National Director of the National Association of Legal Investigators and as a member of the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners, the state's investigative licensing authority. A longtime member of NCISS' legislative committee, he was presented with the Investigator of the Year Award in 1994 by the Louisiana Private Investigators Association and the Investigator of the Year Award in 1998 by the Global Investigators Network. At the Northeast Super Conference in 1999, he was awarded the first Julius Bombet Lifetime Achievement Award for service to the investigative profession. Jane M. Cracraft, CLI, CCDI

Jane is a Certified Criminal Defense Investigator and a Certified Legal Investigator in Denver, Colorado. A private investigator for over 20 years, Jane previously worked as an award winning investigative reporter and journalist at the Denver Post. She has been a part-time instructor at the University of Colorado at Boulder for several years, and is a well known freelance writer and seminar trainer. Jane is a contributing author to reference texts published by Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company. Bruce H. Hulme, CFE

Bruce has been a New York State licensed private investigator since 1964 and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.  He is president of Special Investigations, Inc., a New York City private investigation firm which he founded.
 
Hulme is a past president of the National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Inc. (NCISS) and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State, Inc. (ALDONYS), and is a board member and Legislative Committee Chairman of both associations.  He is editor of the ALDONYS Spotlight.  He serves on the board of the New York City Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is that association’s legislative liaison.  He serves in a similar capacity as a board member of INTELNET and is legislative liaison of the Society of Professional Investigators.  He represents private investigators as that sector’s board member of the International Association of Investigative and Security Regulators (IASIR).

Phil and Yin Johnson

Phil and Yin, both Investigators are known as JJ Associates International and have been in business since 1987. Their specialist area of operation is Worldwide Skip-Tracing, which is amongst many other services the firm provides. Traveling extensively throughout the USA, the Pacific countries and Europe, they both have contacts they have personally met and have built a network of Investigators. Phil is a former Police Officer in his hometown in West Yorkshire. Yin is a fluent Cantonese speaker, with many contacts in Asian Countries.
